Acceptable Use and AI Notice
Use agents with human responsibility.
The Flock is designed to assist business workflows, not remove accountability from the people operating them.
Do not use The Flock to
- Access systems, records, or accounts without authorization.
- Place secrets, passwords, or private access tokens inside prompts.
- Send spam, deceptive outreach, or communications that ignore opt-outs.
- Misrepresent AI output as verified fact when it has not been verified.
- Bypass human-approval, permission, or workspace-isolation controls.
- Deploy malware, phishing, credential theft, or abusive automation.
- Use the service for illegal discrimination or unlawful surveillance.
- Rely on an agent as the sole decision-maker where law requires human review.
AI output is not guaranteed
Agent results may contain mistakes or unsupported assumptions. Review consequential output before relying on it.
Use the permission model
Give each agent only the tools it needs. Prefer lower autonomy while a workflow is new. Human approval should remain enabled for outbound communications and other consequential actions unless the product explicitly supports a narrower safe automation path.
