Purchase terms

These starter terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before broad commercial use.

1. One-time services

Webinars, founder series access, and implementation sessions are one-time service purchases. Webinar checkout currently includes 30 days of starter access and $10 in promotional AI usage credits. The access window and unused promotional credit expire 30 days after payment. Implementation sessions do not include a software subscription or AI usage credits unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

2. Payment and confirmation

Access and scheduling begin after Stripe confirms payment. Keep the confirmation page and email for your records. If a payment appears successful but the purchase is not shown in your account, contact support before purchasing again.

3. Scheduling and participation

You are responsible for providing accurate attendee and scheduling information. Session availability may vary. Rescheduling or cancellation requests should be submitted through the contact information in your confirmation. If The Flock cancels a scheduled service, it will offer a reasonable transfer, reschedule, or refund option.

4. Implementation scope

Implementation sessions provide guided configuration and education for the purchased scope. They do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, regulatory compliance, or a particular business outcome. You remain responsible for reviewing agent settings, connected services, generated content, and actions before production use.

5. Recordings and materials

Recordings, templates, downloads, or licenses are included only when the offer description or written confirmation states that they are included. Materials are for the purchaser's internal use and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.

6. Refunds and payment disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the offer, delivery status, and applicable law. Contact support promptly with the purchase email and order details. A refund, when approved, is returned through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear.
