- Provide and operate the service.
- Authenticate users and isolate workspaces.
- Run requested agents and approved actions.
- Maintain security, auditability, and reliability.
- Measure usage and administer billing.
- Respond to support and account requests.
Sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure, AI, payment, email, CRM, or messaging providers when needed to deliver the feature you choose. A final production policy should list or link to applicable subprocessors.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, maintain security records, resolve disputes, and support backup/recovery processes. Account and workspace deletion can be requested from Account & Data.
Security
The Flock uses application controls such as authentication, workspace scoping, explicit permissions, human approvals, server-side credential handling, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security.
