Terms for using The Flock

This launch version is a practical starter policy for product readiness and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before broad commercial use.

1. Service

The Flock provides software for configuring AI-assisted workflows, agents, teams, CRM-related actions, connected integrations, and related operational tools. Features may change as the service evolves.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and controlling who has access to your workspace.

3. Your data and connected services

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to provide data to The Flock and to connect third-party systems such as Gmail, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or messaging providers. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and policies.

4. AI-assisted output

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular business decision. You are responsible for reviewing output and for decisions or actions taken based on it.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use The Flock to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, send unlawful or deceptive communications, evade consent or opt-out requirements, or intentionally bypass platform safeguards.

6. Billing and availability

Paid features, usage credits, provider costs, and subscription terms are shown in the applicable billing interface or commercial agreement. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security response, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to address security, legal, abuse, or payment concerns. You may request account and workspace deletion subject to legal, billing, security, and backup-retention obligations.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Final limitation-of-liability and indemnification language should be reviewed and finalized by counsel before commercial launch.
